Twin and Nathan love the Peanuts gang, so to celebrate our birthday this year, I made The Twin her very own Snoopy-as-baker birthday card! Look how happy he is about his beautiful cake! I love how this card turned out, and I love the twin too! I hope she enjoyed our birthday, and I can't wait to see her soon.

Pink and Black Birthday

For Bridget's birthday card this year, I created a black-on-pink floral design with some fun geometric shapes. I filled in the "happy birthday!" message where I could to emulate the design of the flower. I really like how this card turned out, and I hope Bridge is enjoying the last days of summer!

World Birthday

For: Uncle Greg

To help celebrate Uncle Greg's birthday, I created a watercolor of a map of the world. Paired with a "Happy Birthday!" message, the card has a very classy look. I really like how it turned out, and I hope he had a great birthday!

Ray Smuckles Birthday

For: Mike
Occasion: his birthday

Mike likes a comic called Achewood that features a bear named Ray Smuckles. I did my best rendition of him contemplating a birthday cake with candles reading "29." I don't know much about the comic, but the look of this card makes me laugh. I had a great time celebrating Mike's birthday with him and I hope he has an amazing year!

Fresh Cupcake Birthday

For: Sarah
Occasion: her birthday

To celebrate Sarah's birthday, I did a drawing of the happiest cupcake possible in some sweet early 90s hip hop garb. The text behind it reads "Fresh," indicating that the cupcake is in fact, very cool. The drawing makes me so happy, and I hope it added some joy to Sarah's day, too!

Cat Engagement

For: Jess and O'Shea
Occasion: Congratulations

Jess and O'Shea got engaged, and to celebrate, I did my best rendition of the "I want to draw a cat for you" cats at the moment of the proposal. The idea of this card cracks me up, and luckily for me, the cats aren't too hard to replicate. We had a great time hosting them to dinner to celebrate, and can't wait for the wedding!
