Occasion: her birthday
The eclipse happens today on my mom's birthday! She is making a special trip to see it in all its glory, and I had to feature the astronomical phenomenon in her birthday card this year. The flame of the candle is the total eclipse, and the cupcake shadow features all those fun little lines that boggle the mind when the sun disappears. I hope she had the best time with her total eclipse birthday!
